Learn the art of preserving meats and produce! Our chef, Dave Snow, will teach you about the process of curing meats and pickling vegetables. Not only will there be several flavors of bacon to sample, but there will also be prosciutto, and a variety of local pickled vegetables. Don't forget about the beer! We will have several varieties that are sure to tingle your taste buds. The event will be held at the Bristol Oyster Bar on February 26th from 6-9pm.Tickets are $60.
